Area Manager – Children's Enrichment & Fitness (6 Days Work Week)

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple centers in Singapore, delivering top-quality programs designed to inspire physical, social, and cognitive development in children.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations across multiple centers, ensuring seamless program delivery and high-quality customer service.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of educators and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with families by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Sales Management: Develop and implement enrollment strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance participation.
• Facility Management: Ensure all centers are safe, clean, and well-equipped for children and staff.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Optimize staff schedules and class coverage to maintain operational efficiency.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, manage resources, and control expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Community Engagement: Support marketing initiatives, organize events, and build brand presence to attract new participants and deepen community ties.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all legal and safety guidelines for smooth operations.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations management role, ideally in education, kids' fitness, or enrichment settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• A passion for working in a children-focused environment is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week, including Saturdays and Sundays:
• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Day off as scheduled by management
