The Area Sales Team Leader – Diagnostics is responsible for driving sales strategy execution, managing the sales team, and ensuring achievement of financial and business targets in the designated area (Maharashtra, Goa & Chhattisgarh). The role focuses on customer development, cross-functional coordination, and strengthening team capabilities to deliver sustained growth.

- Sales Strategy Execution:
Define and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Drive and monitor targeted customer development programs; design and execute customer-specific strategies.
- Team Leadership & Target Ownership:
Own Sales targets and lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with other sales and business verticals to enhance customer management and drive integrated growth.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution:
Drive the sales team to Implement GTM strategies to ensure optimal market coverage and improved sales efficiency.
- Team Capability Building:
Enhance the selling skills and competencies of the sales team through continuous coaching and development.
