Responsibilities

• Safely operate armored vehicles to transport cash, valuables, and sensitive items between facilities or to designated locations.
• Verify delivery loads against documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness before departure and upon arrival.
• Conduct thorough security checks of the vehicle before and after each shift, including inspecting for tampering or damage.
• Manage secure loading and unloading procedures with precision, often involving heavy lifting and careful handling of valuable items.
• Use GPS devices and route planning tools to navigate efficiently while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Maintain detailed logs of all trips, deliveries, and security checks to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Handle conflict management situations professionally when faced with challenging interactions or security concerns during transit or at delivery points.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial driving, military service, law enforcement, or security roles is highly desirable.
• Proven delivery driver experience demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Knowledge of basic math skills for counting cash or verifying quantities accurately.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when loading or unloading valuables.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during tense situations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory.
