Job title: ARNA Coordinator (Anxiety Related Non-Attendance)
Grade and salary: Grade 4: Actual Salary - £23,730 - £25,742 per annum (£27,711 - £30,060 FTE)
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year (Term time only plus INSET days)
Contract term: Permanent

The role:
We are looking to appoint an ARNA Coordinator to join our team at The Manor Academy. We are looking for someone who has experience of working with children with high levels of anxiety and/ or school refusers. This is a key position within the school and therefore it is essential that you are able to demonstrate practical knowledge of successfully creating an inspiring learning environment to ensure that these students remain in school.
The person:
The successful candidate will need to be able to quickly form excellent relationships with students and their parents/carers and will have a creative and optimistic approach to re-engaging these young people. You will need boundless energy, a good sense of humour and a strong sense of social justice.
