About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled AI/ML Mentor to support learners enrolled in our
AI & ML Bootcamp. As an External Mentor, you'll guide learners through the core concepts of
machine learning, deep learning, and real-world AI applications using industry tools and
technologies. Your mentorship will play a critical role in helping learners become job-ready with
practical knowledge, project experience, and industry insights.
This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity for professionals who enjoy mentoring and are
passionate about shaping the future of AI talent.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver live mentoring sessions, project guidance, and doubt resolution in AI and ML
topics
● Guide learners through projects such as stock price forecasting, facial recognition,
sentiment analysis, and object detection
● Support learners in understanding core AI/ML topics like supervised/unsupervised
learning, deep learning, and model evaluation
● Help learners navigate tools and libraries like Python, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn,
Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, PyTorch, and OpenAI models
● Share insights on real-world applications, current trends, and career opportunities in AI &
ML

● Collaborate with curriculum teams to enhance learning content based on learner
performance and feedback
● Inspire and motivate learners by sharing your professional journey and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, research, or
deployment
● Strong foundation in:
○ Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn
○ Machine Learning algorithms & model evaluation
○ Deep Learning using TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch
○ NLP (SpaCy, NLTK, BERT, OpenAI GPT)
○ Computer Vision (CNNs, Object Detection, Image Classification)
● Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Cloud AI / AWS ML (a plus)
● Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or technical coaching preferred
● Excellent communication, patience, and a learner-centric mindset
