Artist Liaison Officer - Casual Position

We are looking for individuals to be engaged as an Artist Liaison Officer (ALO) on a casual basis. The daily rate of pay is at $100 per day.

The ALO will be looking after our artists when they are here at the Esplanade. He/She acts as a point of contact between the artists and Esplanade, and will work closely with our Logistics team to provide on-site support and hands-on hospitality related duties.

Some of the duties include receiving and welcoming artists upon their arrival at the airport and sending them off during their departure. The ALO will also facilitates the artists’ set-up, rehearsals and performances at the venues, and help them to check-in/out of the hotel. He/She is expected to be a good host.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good organisational skills and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work on a regular freelance basis (weekdays, weekends and/or public holidays)
