Job Description
About the role:
As Artwork Management Change & Implementation Specialist you are responsible for planning, controlling, and implementing artwork changes for our products. In this role you ensure that the artwork change process and contributions of our global stakeholders are effectively managed, contributing to Takeda's mission of delivering better health to people.
How you will contribute:
- Coordinate projects for artwork changes of printed packaging components ensuring sustainable supply continuity and business growth
- Align Supply Chain needs (end-to-end) in the context of artwork changes to one Supply Chain implementation strategy
- Carry out artwork approvals and perform technical artwork checks
- Review and manage artwork action items within the change control system to ensure GxP-compliant documentation
- Transparently monitor, control and report process performance of label changes
What you bring to Takeda:
- Education (BA, BSc, MBA, MSc or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Regulatory Affairs or equivalent work experience
- High level of IT competence and experience (MS Office and project management tools are a must, expertise in C3ME/JDE, TrackWise and MS Power Platform is advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must; every additional language is advantageous)
- Practical experience in pharmaceutical industry, Artwork Management, Regulatory Affairs, material and/or label change in GxP environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Life-long learner
- Proactive and hands-on mentality
- Highly motivated and able to act independently
- Team player
What Takeda can offer you:
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 3.307,50 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
