We are currently seeking a highly qualified applicant to fill the role of an Asphalt Foreman to lead one of our companies crews. This person will oversee the operations of an asphalt crew throughout the day and manage the project they are currently working on. The position is based out of the Lebanon, Indiana office and will meet there before every day's work. The company will provide transportation to and from the various projects in the area, with travel compensated for the foreman. Travel vehicle is available and can be negotiated. This job will work Monday - Friday, with many Saturday's throughout the season.

This is a "working foreman" position, therefore the applicant will be required to not only educate the various crew members on how to complete a task, but also demonstrate. This person will need to be an experienced screed operator, as it is required for the position.

Required Skills:

-Asphalt Experience with time running the back of a paver.
-Understanding of site layout and blueprints.
-Ability to communicate effectively with the client and management within the company about current project progress.
-Ability to measure and estimate amount of material necessary to complete the project.
-Basic Math and Reading skills.
-A valid Drivers License.

Preferred Skills:

Previous operator experience in an asphalt environment
Valid CDL (will allow for higher pay)
Basic Computer Skill in a Microsoft Office environment
