We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or factory environment and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively fabricate and assemble products. Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Operate forklifts as needed to transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process and report them to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and assemble components weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
