About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time Furniture Assembler who is reliable, practical, and confident using hand tools. You’ll be assembling our commercial seating products with accuracy, efficiency, and pride.

This role requires someone who can meet production deadlines, apply strong attention to detail, and use good common sense in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll primarily be assembling chairs, but we’re also looking for someone flexible and willing to assist the wider manufacturing team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble chairs and furniture components to high quality standards
  • Use hand tools and basic machinery (experience required)
  • Follow assembly instructions, drawings, and production plans
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects
  • Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and safe
  • Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly deadlines
  • Assist other areas of the manufacturing team when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience with hand tools, power tools or assembly work
  • Someone naturally handy, practical and detail‑oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
  • Physical ability to move and handle furniture components
  • Forklift licence desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to pitch in and support different parts of the production team
