Description
Tanco Autowrap Ltd, located in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow, has established a reputation as the global leader in agricultural bale wrapping machinery. With a network of distributors in over 36 countries and growing the company is well-positioned to expand its market share and continue to develop its products and services.
We are currently seeking to recruit an Assembly Fitter to join our assembly team. This role is a key part of our manufacturing process and the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
You will work closely with our assembly team leader to help ensure a smooth running of the production process on the assembly floor reaching daily targets.

Main Duties to Include:
* Assembly of agricultural machines
* Reaching daily production targets
* Maintain high standards of work rate and quality
* Maintain standards of health & safety at all times
* Work as part of a team
Hours of Work:
· Normal Hours: 39 Hours (Monday-Thursday 8am – 5pm) with a 30min lunch break and (Fridays 8am – 1pm)
· Overtime Hours: Time worked over 39hours are paid at time and half. Flexibility to do overtime where necessary is required due to customer demands
Location
You will be based at the company’s head office at Royal Oak Road, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow but may be required to work or train at other locations as reasonably determined by the needs of the business.
