As our Assembly Station Lead, you’ll work on the assembly line, take responsibility for your station, and make sure components are built to the highest standards. If you enjoy practical work, problem solving, and being part of a supportive team, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

About the role:

You’ll lead assembly tasks at your station, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Expect variety, practical work, and strong support from your team.

You can expect to:

  • Assemble components accurately to meet quality standards
  • Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks at your station
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment correctly
  • Keep records and assist with reporting

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong organisational skills for station coordination
  • Certificate III in Process Manufacturing, Engineering (Fabrication), or Plumbing (desirable)
  • White Card, Silica Awareness, and Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
  • Permanent working rights in Australia
