Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our Industrial team as an Asset Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our industrial asset management operations, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks related to property management, lease administration, financial reporting, and marketing efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Prepare meeting memoranda to present portfolio updates and acquisition opportunities to internal leadership.
- Support industrial team to track priorities and ensure all tasks are being completed.
- Develop presentation materials to present to external parties, including conducting research through assembly.
- Assist in correspondence related to industrial asset management including external communication with partners as well as internal communication between the facilities manager, accounting, legal and any other applicable departments as needed to meet the business needs.
- Update and maintain a variety of databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage team calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings for team.
- Assist in preparation of documents such as commission agreements, LOIs, operating agreements, leases, etc.
- Coordinate property marketing efforts, including brochures, websites, and videos, as well as coordination of advertising and sponsorship opportunities for events and memberships.
- Consult with marketing team to manage website to maintain up to date information and to implement social media posts related to industrial updates.
- Coordinate external partner reporting on a recurring basis and coordinate responses to partner requests on various matters.
- Contribute to new leasing efforts and ensure tenant compliance with lease requirements, including tracking tenant insurance certificates and ensuring insurance is current.
- Manage lease administration responsibilities such as overseeing lease data entry in accounting system and ensuring invoices and vendors are paid timely and accurately.
- Organize and track all team/property files and coordinate collection and preparation of documents as needed for external purposes.
- Assist industrial team in procuring new properties.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s required.
- Business acumen
- Real estate knowledge a plus
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and high diligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with audiences of an executive level
- Ability to quickly learn the industrial division’s systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a constantly changing environment.
