About the role and where you will be working:

The Asset Help Desk Lead assists in ensuring the efficient operation of the maintenance function across all Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. properties.

This role is responsible for effectively managing the work of the help desk, coordinating work orders, scheduling works, and assisting with the oversight of service contracts.

The Asset Help Desk Lead will report to and work closely with the GM of Assets and Infrastructure to deliver great outcomes for our internal customers, maintenance team, and contractors.
This position is located at our central office in Rivervale.

We'll Also be asking you to:

  • Ensure compliance, safety protocols, and procedures are followed by yourself and the team.

  • Manage the help desk, including logging requests, tracking work orders, and escalating issues.

  • Oversee work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

  • Coordinate service contracts, liaise with contractors, and monitor their performance.

  • Provide team leadership, support, and development.

To be considered for this role you'll be:

  • A current C class driver's license.
