As a Fund Operations - Analyst within the Australia Service Delivery team, you will play a key role in facilitating fund accounting lifecycle events and managing client accounts. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure effective oversight of outsourced vendors and drive process improvements. Your work will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting a diverse range of investment strategies. Job responsibilities:

  • Provide key day to day coverage includes facilitation of fund accounting lifecycle events, administrative handling/maintenance of the client accounts including invoice & fee billing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on onboarding and offboarding funds and accounts
  • Oversee outsourced vendors’ performance with stringent governance standards
  • Manage day-to-day queries and issue handling
  • Handle data for reports, including regulatory reports
  • Generate creative ideas for process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, including overseas teams (mainly Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India and the United States)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and result-driven attitude
  • Flexible and forward-looking mindset in driving changes
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to articulate and problem-solve complex events or situations
  • Excellent team member who fosters an inspiring team environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in financial operations, preferably with an asset management firm
  • Knowledge of fund accounting processes and deliverables
  • Project management skills
  • Strong data management skills
  • Proficiency with Python, Alteryx, UiPath
  • Knowledge in business intelligence and data visualization platforms like Business Objects, Qlikview, and QlikSense
