Dynamic in nature, results-driven, and collaborative in approach, our team is one you'll be proud to be a part of. We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team in Hamilton.
About the Role
As part of our national brand, the Assistant Account Executive plays a key role in providing administrative support to our Account Managers.
You’ll enjoy variety in your day, assisting with policy servicing, renewals, and general client requests. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn and develop within the insurance space.
- Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and policy changes
- Responding to client and broker enquiries
- Following up with clients by phone and email
- Ensuring a positive experience for all clients and partners
About You
You're highly organised, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in insurance. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, you bring a proactive and positive attitude to everything you do. Whether your background is in administration, retail, or customer service, you're ready to take the next step in a professional, team-oriented environment.
You communicate clearly, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and enjoy working closely with others. Your friendly, approachable nature and willingness to pitch in make you a natural team player.
While experience in insurance is a bonus, what matters most is your drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning and career growth.
