Assistant Banqueting Manager
The Four Star Bloomfield House Hotel, Located 5 minutes from Mullingar Town, is currently recruiting for a Assistant Banqueting Manager

Key responsibilities:
- To oversee the operation of the Hotel while on duty
- To assist with all hotel departments when required
- Assist the C&B manager with the busy banqueting department, particularly weddings and running of these events in the Banqueting managers absence
- Available to work a variety of shifts in line with operational needs, including late night, early morning and weekends
Desired Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria
- Strong Food and Beverage experience, (at least 2 years) preferably within a 4 star hotel
- Experience working with weddings would be an advantage
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure
