The Four Star Bloomfield House Hotel, Located 5 minutes from Mullingar Town, is currently recruiting for a Assistant Banqueting Manager

Key responsibilities:

• To oversee the operation of the Hotel while on duty
• To assist with all hotel departments when required
• Assist the C&B manager with the busy banqueting department, particularly weddings and running of these events in the Banqueting managers absence
• Available to work a variety of shifts in line with operational needs, including late night, early morning and weekends

Desired Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria

• Strong Food and Beverage experience, (at least 2 years) preferably within a 4 star hotel
• Experience working with weddings would be an advantage
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to work under pressure
