Experienced Assistant Bar Manager for a Gastro Pub in Dublin,
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a busy property
- Will have experience as Restaurant or Bar General Manager or an F&B Manager
- Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
- To oversee the day to day running of the food and beverage
- Implement SOP's
- Previous experience with KPI’s, stock control, costing, forecasting, beverage budgets and GP.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Training and rostering of staff
- Strong experience with back office systems
Must have food experience
Requirements
- Must Have 3 Years Experience in Ireland
- Must be available to work nights. Must be available to work weekends. Mix of day and night shifts
- Fluent English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €43,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
