We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our award winning team @ McCaffertys in Donegal Town. Our brand new venue McCafferty's on the PIER is coming soon !!!!! Bar & Restaurant with music seven nights a week so it will be a very lively and exciting place to work, get your CV's in!!!
We are looking for the following attributes from our potential employee:
- At least 3 years experience in Assistant Manger position
- Proficient in stock management budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing
- Must have a want to push marketing and advertising
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- All applicants must have Previous Bar Experience and Great Customer Service Skills.
- Must be willing to adopt our high level of Service standards
- Must have great communication skills and work well within a team environment.
- Must have previous experience in Event Planning
- Guest obsessed, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
- Must keep workplace clean and tidy
- Committed to training and developing a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to work on own initiative
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Be a creative and forward thinking individual that will drive the business forward
- Be willing to work within the management structure of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €42,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
