The Role

This is an exciting and fast-paced role at our Grey Lynn store where you will be in the driver's seat! You'll be responsible for achieving store sales targets, expertly managing stock, and developing a fully trained and motivated team. With safety as a top priority, you'll champion our HSE policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, as you'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience.

To be successful you will need:

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience working within the automotive or tyre industry, or a willingness to learn, as you will need to be across all roles within the store and comfortable working on the workshop floor
