Cloverdale Robotics Learning (CRL) is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Centre Director to independently lead and grow our operations. This role offers a dynamic mix of in-person work at our Cloverdale location, remote work, and frequent travel across the Lower Mainland. You’ll work directly with the founding team, oversee program delivery, and manage both onsite and online operations, inspiring the next generation of innovators in STEM and technology education.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Growth and Marketing Efforts:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand CRL’s footprint and drive enrollment growth.
- Build strong relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to promote programs.
- Represent CRL at events, fairs, and other opportunities to enhance visibility.
2. Build and Maintain Partnerships:
- Engage with schools and community partners to introduce CRL programs to new locations.
- Foster trust and excitement about CRL’s mission and vision in the community.
3. Inspire and Manage a Team:
- Recruit, train, and mentor onsite instructors and online support staff.
- Manage a remote team to ensure smooth online operations, including administrative and customer support tasks.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
4. Oversee Operations and Program Delivery:
- Oversee day-to-day onsite operations at the Cloverdale location and online program support.
- Frequently travel within the Lower Mainland to manage outreach initiatives and program delivery.
- Ensure seamless execution of in-school, in-center, online, and hybrid programs.
5. Collaborate with the Founding Team:
- Work closely with CRL’s founders to align on strategic goals and growth initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to shape the direction of CRL’s programs and operations.
6. Drive Performance and Success:
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Use data-driven decision-making to continuously improve program delivery and operational outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $48,000 annually.
- Profit Sharing/Commission: Earn additional income based on the performance and profitability of CRL’s operations.
- Flexibility: A hybrid role combining onsite work at Cloverdale, remote work, and frequent travel within the Lower Mainland.

Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a leadership, management, or growth-oriented role.
- Self-Starter: Thrives on autonomy and ownership, capable of driving results independently.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled at building relationships and fostering community engagement.
- Team Management Skills: Experience managing both onsite and remote teams.
- Preferred Background: Experience in STEM, education, or business is an asset but not required.

Location:
This is a hybrid position combining in-person work at our Cloverdale location, frequent travel across the Lower Mainland, and remote work flexibility.
Schedule:
Full-time position with flexible hours and occasional on-call responsibilities.

- Evening shift

- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3S 1H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
