Job Role: The Clinical Psychologist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide psychological interventions for children with developmental, emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties and implement preschool readiness program . --- Key Responsibilities: Assessment & Diagnosis Conduct detailed clinical interviews with children and caregivers. Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychometric and psychological tests. Prepare comprehensive psychological assessment reports. Diagnose psychological, emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders (including autism, ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, etc.). Therapeutic Intervention Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (CBT, play therapy, behavior therapy, etc.). Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Design behavior management plans for children exhibiting challenging behaviors. Parental Support & Guidance Offer parental counseling and training sessions to support behavior management at home. Educate families about the child's diagnosis, progress, and strategies to promote development and emotional well-being. Collaboration & Documentation Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and ABA professionals. Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical records as per ethical guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and parent meetings. Training & Development Support awareness, sensitization, and training workshops for staff and parents. Contribute to resource development and program planning within the organization. --- Requirements: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (recognized by RCI). Valid RCI registration is mandatory .
Freshers with strong internship background can also apply.
RCI certified candidates can be given preferences . Strong knowledge of developmental and pediatric psychology. Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
