Position Summary
The Assistant Community Sales Manager is a high-energy, customer-focused sales professional responsible for driving leasing performance and delivering an exceptional prospect and resident experience. This role manages the full leasing journey, from first contact through move-in and renewal, using strong follow-up, consultative selling, and leasing technology to exceed occupancy and revenue goals.

Location & Schedule

• On-site, in-person position
• Five-day work week, including Saturday availability required
• Work locations for this position include Branford, New Haven, and Milford. Final location assignment will be determined upon hire and may be subject to change based on operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience (luxury residential, hospitality, retail, or real estate preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, polished demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using leasing and CRM software (Yardi, CRM IQ) is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations or willingness to learn and comply
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends (Saturday availability required)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

• $47,840 annually ($23 per hour worked) with bonus, 2025 bonus per Leasing Team member was $15,000. Earning potential can reach 62K+.
• Bonus for leasing and renewals paid monthly (in addition to base pay).
• Employer paid Health Insurance, with Dental and vision insurance available.
• Paid time off (PTO) Year 1: 15 days after the first (30) days of employment. Year 2-10: 20 days per year; and bereavement leave.
• Paid holidays.
