Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for students
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective curriculum delivery
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their individual needs
- Monitor student progress and assess educational outcomes
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices
-Knowledgeable of state childcare licensing minimum standards
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
-Leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team of educators
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Director Certificate
-CPR and First Aid Certificate
