As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Richlands, your role is key in building a positive, warm, fun and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across all that we do! You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

Day to day, you can:

About You:

• A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Current QLD Working with Children's Check
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
• Current QLD Child Protection Training
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator (preferred, not essential)
• Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)
• National Police Clearance, Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
