We are seeking a passionate Assistant Director of Finance to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this key role, you will support our Director of Finance in all financial and strategic matters. Together, you will ensure that we achieve our ambitious financial goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in leading the Finance Department and act as a strong partner to the Director of Finance
- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Contribution to budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning - always keeping the big picture in mind
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and legal requirements
- Responsibility for cost control, accounts payable/receivable management, and reporting
- Close collaboration with operational departments to drive profitability and efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Finance team
