A prestigious and well-established Montessori school in the Frisco area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Montessori school environment
• Montessori Certification and Texas Director Certification are highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Support the administrative team in planning and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment aligned with Montessori principles
• Assist with staff supervision, parent communication, and school events

Compensation:
Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
