Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, Monday-Friday, including on-call rotation
Work today; Get paid today option available

Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferred
Prior experience managing staff required
Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Responsibilities
Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS,NJDOH)
Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care
Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness
Infection prevention and control knowledge
Ability to lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations
Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
