Pier 7 Marina is a gated, full-service marina on the South River in Edgewater, Maryland. We're known for deep-water slips, easy Chesapeake Bay access, and a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for catamarans and all kinds of boats.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Dock Master with daily operations: arrivals, departures, pump-outs, and slip assignments
• Help greet and assist boaters, handle slip reservations, and answer questions
• Keep docks, grounds, and facilities clean, safe, and in good shape
• Perform daily dock walks and enforce rules with a friendly, professional approach

Who We're Looking For:

• Passion for boating, the water, and great customer service
• Marina, dockhand, or related experience preferred
• Physically able to handle lines, walk docks, and work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, positive team player who stays calm when things get busy
• Boating basics (knots, VHF, boating license, etc.) is plus
