Assistant Finance Manager (5 Months Contract, Maternity Coverage)

This role plays a critical part in supporting financial operations and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, reporting to Finance Director. He/she will oversee key accounting functions, including inventory valuation, budget preparation and financial analysis, while ensuring effective internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Full set of accounts & reporting, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to Bulten in compliance with corporate standards.
• Oversee Inventory processes, including OBS and valuation.
• Monitor and analyze KPI, including negative & low GP Margins.
• Prepare Audit schedules and coordinate the preparation and submission of tax schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed balance sheet schedules to support audits and financial reviews.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or related field.

• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft excel.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
