Key Responsibilities Technical Planning and Management ● Lead the coaching set-up of the Academy grassroots programme in line with the rollout plan set by the management team ● Ensuring new locations are opened on-time and to budget, developing coaching plans for each school/ training centre and ensuring sufficient coaching and equipment resources are available. ● Manage the on-going content planning and delivery of programmes and events across all Locations (within Bengal and outside the state), ensuring they offer best in class football training for participants whilst meeting and exceeding the standards expected by UKSC. ● Lead the recruitment of coaches ensuring all qualifications and relevant vetting and safeguarding procedures meet the required standards and are in line with the country and regional requirements. ● Create, manage and execute evaluation processes and reporting for students/players. ● Create training curriculums and coaching philosophy to be rolled out consistently across all locations. ● Support the management in business development activities by approaching schools and other entities to set up new programmes. ● Implement the training curriculum for multiple age and ability levels. ● Manage project planning and implementation as per the business and operational plans. Coach Management ● Lead in the allocation of roles across the various locations and manage overall deployment of coaches ● Create and conduct periodic training programmes for coaches to ensure they are on board with the overall philosophy and manage on-going up skilling ● Actively monitor coach and technical staff performance, looking to consistently contribute to personal objectives and team goals, and focus own activities accordingly Administrative ● Liaise with the Academy’s management team in the delivery of induction and on-going training programmes, as per a defined reporting and coordination structure. ● Liaise with the Academy’s operations and management team for the successful implementation of all programmes. ● Manage project reporting and assessment with the Academy’s management team on a regular basis. ● Ensure all coaches are trained as per UKSC’s methodology, understanding the philosophies. ● Act as a management and administrative point of contact for all coaches within your programme Individual Player Development ● Oversee the scouting, recruitment, and development of players across all age groups. ● Collaborate closely with the coaching staff to identify and develop talent, ensuring a strong pathway from the academy to the youth development setup. ● Monitor player progress and implement individual development plans. Miscellaneous ● Teach, coach, instruct, and demonstrate football drills for the programme, including: o Teach football through the use of games and effectively planned practices at a level appropriate for each programme participant. o Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all coaches and participants, giving each child an equal opportunity to participate and learn. o Communicate UKSC’s values, good health and fitness principles and positive character development concepts to players, coaches, and parents. o Serve as a mentor to coaches on and off the field. o Serve as mentor to young football players on and off the field. ● Create, develop and maintain relationships in the football community. ● Create, develop and maintain relationships with the parents of programme participants as relationships with school and venue partners. Key Requirements ● AFC A/B Diploma and above. ● Experience in grassroots football/management/coaching. ● Experience in mentoring and developing other coaches. ● Minimum 5–6 years of coaching experience in grassroots development programs. ● Strong leadership and communication skills. ● Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
