Browns Socialhouse is currently looking for the Position of Assistant General Manager in Training. If you like to work in a fun and social environment this position is for you. We are eager to find the newest member of our energetic team. This position will allow for growth potential, challenge your leadership skills, and acquire an understanding for the daily operational procedures. We want to find a leader with a “No Finish Line” mentality who will promote a quality of consistency of service.
+We are seeking candidates with Restaurant experience. Bartending experience is an asset but not a requirement.
+ At least two years of management or supervisory experience working in restaurants
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, guest services, and oral/written communication skills
+ Devotion to furthering your career through hard work and dedication
+ Ability to train effectively and deliver a great guest experience
+ Display a passion for food, beverage and all things related to the restaurant business
+ High attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
