About Us:
We’re a family-owned liquor store with over 100 years of combined experience in the business. Our team is all about great customer service and product knowledge, and we pride ourselves on creating a fun, friendly atmosphere for both staff and customers.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Liquor Store Manager to take the lead in running the store. If you have a solid background in liquor retail and a passion for helping customers find the perfect product, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily running of the store, including inventory and team management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of awesome staff.
- Share your product knowledge with customers and help them make the best choices.
- Keep everything running smoothly and make sure we meet all safety and compliance standards.
- Ensure the store looks great with well-organized displays and stocked shelves.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior or management role in liquor retail.
- In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A customer-first attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
