We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to lead our busy, vibrant bar in the heart of Dublin, Gin Palace.

About The Role

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the daily operation of a high-volume city centre pub
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
• Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive, professional and team focused culture
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to
• Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance

Required Criteria

• 3 Years Experience in a busy Bar in Ireland
