Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications

With a passion for corporate sustainability/ESG, you will integrate these principles into marketing efforts and mentor junior team members to align with the firm’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Analytics
    • Design and execute digital marketing strategies to elevate online visibility and audience engagement.
    • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, delivering data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Brand Management
    • Maintain brand integrity across all channels, ensuring alignment with firm guidelines and ESG principles.
  • Collaboration & Innovation
    • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives tied to business goals.
    • Track industry trends and emerging technologies to keep marketing efforts cutting-edge.
  • Mentorship & Supervision
    • Mentor and guide the Marketing Executive in:
      • Crafting and managing social media content (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to boost engagement,
      • Producing marketing collateral (e.g., newsletters, blogs, case studies),
      • Sourcing branded merchandise, and
      • Coordinating impactful virtual and in-person events (e.g., webinars).
    • Ensure all team outputs meet strategic objectives, brand standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Sustainability Integration
    • Infuse corporate sustainability/ESG themes into marketing content to highlight the firm’s commitment to responsible practices.

Requirements


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, with expertise in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Preferred: Coursework or experience in sustainability/ESG or professional services marketing.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email campaigns) and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
  • Advanced proficiency in social media strategy and content creation for platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) for crafting persuasive, on-brand narratives.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills to interpret data and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
