Assistant Manager – More Than Just Running a Shift

Location: Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Salary: €34,000–€38,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered for the right person

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role in a busy diner and takeaway. You’ll lead from the floor, support the team through busy services and help keep our food, service and standards where they should be.

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, calm under pressure and comfortable giving direction. You’ll take pride in high standards, enjoy working with people and lead by example.

You should have at least two years’ experience in a hospitality leadership role and be confident leading a team through a busy service.

This position is not suitable for students or entry-level applicants.
