The Client is Hiring for an Assistant Manager or Manager - Human Resources for our Client Organization who are basically a Real Estate Construction Industry. This is a Permanent On Roll Job with the Company.

The Ideal candidate will have an experience of 5-10 years handling the entire Gamut of HR Activities from scratch to end i.e. (Hire to Exit & Rehire). The spectrum of activities will involve

Talent Acquisition that includes Onboarding

HR Operations - Payroll & allied activities

Compensation & Benefits - Benchmarking

All other activities that fall under the Preview of HR activities
