Assistant Manager Promotions Operations - Temporary 21 Months

- Accountable for the on time and in full execution of promotions across .com and app
- Ownership of management reporting on operational KPI health
- Be the main counterpart for Brand Activation, Partnership Marketing and Consumer Service for day-to-day operations and oversee execution with quality in given timelines
- Assess the existing tooling / processes to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements
- Represent market demand for promotions management with Global Product Ownership, IT Operations and Consumer Experience. Drive prioritization and implementation of demands to achieve maximum business impact and efficiency
- Define optimization and requirements / criteria for improved consumer experience

- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting KPIs to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- Experience with Talon One and JIRA is a plus
- Expert knowledge of digital IT products and capabilities
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
- Experience in managing the implementation / running of campaign delivery is a plus
