Salary: Attractive Salary Package From €50,000 Based on Experience

The Quays Bar, Temple Bar is seeking an Experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join their busy, friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager and the rest of the team.

About The Role

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A hands on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the daily operation of a high volume city centre pub
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
• Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive team culture
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to
• Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance
