We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to help lead our vibrant quick-service team at Brisbane Airport. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves delivering great food and exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and motivating your team during shifts to deliver exceptional service
Ensuring our fresh, high-quality sushi and food offerings meet brand and safety standards
Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and daily cash handling
Driving compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
Supporting the management team in building a positive and high-performing team culture

Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong cash, stock and labour control skills
• ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract appointment)
• Access to your own reliable transport
