Assistant Manager – Açaí, Smoothies & Coffee
$31.30/hr | Full-Time | 38 hours/week | 4:30 am starts

If you’re an experienced barista or hospitality professional ready to take on more responsibility, this could be your next step. As Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the store, supporting daily operations, the team and our customers.

Description:
What You’ll Do

Prepare quality coffee, smoothies, açaí bowls and simple food
Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
Support store opening and daily operations
Maintain food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards
Assist with team training, coaching and onboarding
Ensure procedures and service standards are followed
Support the Store Manager with team leadership and operational priorities

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You’ll bring:
Preparing quality coffee, smoothies, açaí bowls and simple food
Delivering excellent customer service
Supporting store opening and daily operations
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards
Supporting team training, coaching and onboarding
Helping maintain operational and service standards
Assisting the Store Manager with team leadership and daily priorities

Essential: Food Safety Supervisor qualification and availability for 4:30 am starts.
Desirable: Supervisory/leadership experience and experience in café, smoothie, food retail or quick-service environments.
