Job Overview:
Are you a driven, adaptable self-starter ready to take on a unique opportunity? We run a fast-paced, high-energy convenience store that houses five distinct concepts under one roof:

- Fresh Produce: Quality fruits and vegetables.
- Full-Service Bar: Crafting great drinks for our local crowd.
- Burger & Fries Breakfast: Serving everything from breakfast bagel sandwiches, wraps, and coffee/donuts to gourmet burgers, salads, and lunch sandwiches.
- Grab-and-Go: A massive 20-foot cold drink cooler and a variety of snacks (chips, nuts, and everyday essentials).

We are looking for an exceptional A-Player to learn every single department from the ground up. You won't just be sitting behind a register; you will master food prep, bar operations, inventory management, customer service, and store management, preparing you to step directly into the Assistant Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Train Across All Departments: Learn and master operations in our kitchen, full bar, fresh produce section, drink wall, and retail floor.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure customers across all five concepts have a great experience every single day.
- Manage Inventory & Merchandising: Keep our produce fresh, the 20-foot cooler stocked, and shelves full of snacks and essentials.
- Prepare for Leadership: Learn shift scheduling, ordering, register operations, and team management to step into the Assistant Manager role seamlessly.
