Loake are a Well-established and reputable Shoe Manufacturer that has been established for over 140 years. We export to more than 50 countries and have become a favourite with discerning customers worldwide. We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager/Keyholder to help run our store in Dublin.

Key responsibilities:
- Delivering customer excellence
- Assisting customers with product knowledge
- Maximizing sales
- Delivering KPI’s
- Control of stock
- Responsible for the running of the store in the absence of the Store Manager
The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Manager/Keyholder will be enthusiastic, passionate, committed with great people skills. They will have strong engagement skills and show a real passion for shoes. You will be confident in dealing with customers, both face to face and on the telephone. You will need to be diplomatic, forth right and place a great emphasis on the following areas, customer service, product knowledge and communication.
Keyholder/Assistant Manager Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience at the same level or in a Supervisory/Management role
- Live within a commutable distance
- Shoe experience is desirable
- Due to the nature of the role we would need full weekend & bank holiday commitments throughout the year (Working 5 days over 7 days per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €34,500
Expected hours: 40hrs per week

Experience:
- Retail Key holding/Assistant Manager or Supervisor: 2 year (required)
- Retail sales: 4 years (required)
