Duties

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth workflow
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high food quality standards
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures to enhance team performance
• Monitor inventory control to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels for all menu items
• Support management in budgeting, cost control, and implementing promotional activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
• Hands-on experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures
• Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates
• Familiarity with food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in hospitality management or casual dining environments is highly desirable

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
