TSC Nursery Sales Ltd. is a Canadian owned and operated wholesale supplier of trees, ornamental shrubs, roses and perennials. We are currently searching for Merchandising Assistants (seasonal positions) in 2026 for Westmount & Spruce Grove.

If you have exceptional merchandising talent, are physically fit, love working with plants and have an awesome positive attitude our company will be a good fit for you.

What you do:

· Maintain the retail-ready appearance of all our products in a professional, creative and exceptionally saleable manner.

· Build positive relationships with our big box retail partner, managers, associates, vendor partners and fellow merchandisers.

· Previous merchandising and/or retail experience is preferred but will train the right applicant.

· Familiarity with plant identification and basic plant maintenance is an asset.

· Industry competitive compensation.

You must have:

· Good communication skills.

· The ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.

· Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

· Smart phone.

· Steel toed boots or shoes.

· Day time availability.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
