Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supervising office staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management. Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for financial management tasks - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members - Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Skills: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Ability to supervise and motivate a team If you are a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills and experience in office management, we would love to hear from you.
