Nestled in the heart of Main Beach, our iconic hotel delivers unforgettable views of the Broadwater and is just a short stroll from The Spit! As a Food & Beverage team member, you’ll help create magical moments for our guests from sunrise to sunset across our range of unique dining spots.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and brings positive energy to the floor.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, uplift team culture, and deliver exceptional service across multiple outlets.

As Assistant Outlet Manager, you will:

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlets
Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver memorable guest experiences
Monitor costs, stock and labour to ensure strong profitability
Manage staff rosters and ensure compliance with payroll and legislation
Contribute to menu ideas and implement upselling initiatives
Uphold safety and hygiene standards across all outlets

About you:

Previous experience in a similar leadership role in high-volume venues
Ability to motivate and coach diverse teams
Proven skills in labour & cost control, rostering and operational standards
Confident in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
Experience supporting events, banquets, or functions is highly regarded but not essential
QLD RSA required | QLD RMLV desirable
