Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Teaching:

• Develop and deliver lectures for undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses.
• Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, handouts, and exams.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
• 2.Handling Labs:
• Supervise and guide students during laboratory sessions.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of lab equipment.
• Develop and implement lab experiments that align with course objectives.
• 3.Mentoring:
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Advise students on course selection, career paths, and research opportunities.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• 4.Research:
• Conduct original research in your area of expertise.
• Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners on research projects.
• 5.Skilling:
• Stay updated with the latest developments in your field and incorporate them into your teaching.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance students' technical and soft skills.
• Promote industry-relevant skills through practical assignments and projects.
• 6.Preparing for Accreditations:
• Contribute to the preparation of accreditation documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and guidelines.
• Participate in self-assessment and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech & M.Tech in CSE, IT, CSE (AI & ML), CSE (DS), or CSE (IoT)
• CGPA/Percentage:Minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% and above
• Year of Passing :Recent Passed outs (2021,2022 and 2023)
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Date of Joining: Immediate
• Gender: Male /Female
• Location: Ankushapur, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad

Skills Required:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Behavioral Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

Salary and Compensation

• Competitive salary: 6 to 8 LPA (Based on the interview performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
