Job Profile:

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials for MBA students in specialized areas such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, System Management, and related disciplines.
• Incorporate case studies, simulations, and practical, real-world, innovative teaching methodologies supported by modern pedagogical tools.
• Encourage students to participate in management events, competitions, and industry interactions.
• Mentor students for projects, placements, and career guidelines.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, faculty development programs, committees, and institutional development activities.
• Collaborate with industry experts for guest lectures, internships, and placement support.
• Ability to use software & tools for effective teaching.
